Jeff Woods – Broadcaster, Author, and Icon of Canadian Rock Radio

Jeff Woods has carved out one of the most recognizable and respected careers in Canadian broadcasting. Best known as the long-time program director and on-air voice behind Canada’s biggest rock station, Q107, Woods helped shape the sound and spirit of rock radio for an entire generation.

Over his decades in radio, Jeff became synonymous with thoughtful storytelling, deep musical knowledge, and a passion for the artists who defined rock music. His flagship program, The Legends of Classic Rock, aired nationally and established him as the go-to interviewer for music’s most iconic names. From Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, David Bowie and a couple hundred more, Jeff has sat across from the legends and developing artists alike, drawing out rare insights and unforgettable stories.

Beyond his work on air, Jeff is also an accomplished author, host, and curator of music culture, with books and speaking engagements that extend his reputation as one of Canada’s most authentic voices in rock. His “intimate and in-depth” interview style earned him unparalleled access and respect in the industry.
